Your project details are used to assess and respond to your request.
What you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, project or organisation, region, project type and a short brief. You provide at least one reply channel: email, phone or WhatsApp. Do not submit sensitive personal details or information about children.
Purpose and access
CYDON uses the information to review the project and arrange a reply by the channel you select. Authorised staff can see the inquiry in the sales workspace. Project-reply consent does not authorise unrelated marketing or automated outreach.
Attribution and operational records
We keep allowlisted campaign labels and your optional scope choice in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes. This temporary storage does not contain your contact details, referrer or full browsing URLs. If you submit, the website keeps the first and most recent campaign labels with the inquiry; the sales workspace currently receives the most recent labels and your chosen scope in the project brief. Storage may be unavailable in some browsers, but you can still inquire. We do not use third-party advertising scripts. Basic server logs and a temporary rate limit support operation and abuse prevention.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are scheduled for retention review after one year. Ask CYDON to correct or remove your inquiry through the contact number on the request page, quoting your receipt ID where available. Legal or operational requirements may affect the final handling.
