1. Describe the real room

Share a dimensioned plan, ceiling height, columns, door widths, finished floor, walls and photographs. Mark exits and the route equipment will take into the building. Example catalogue footprints are not final room approvals.

2. Confirm services and environment

Ask the supplier for the selected equipment’s electrical loads, power layout, network requirements and environmental limits. Identify who provides cables, local electrical work, internet access and any room preparation.

3. Agree on safety and access

Review age suitability, supervision, safe distances, accessibility, flooring and emergency routes with the relevant local professionals. Request the exact equipment documentation required by your market; never assume a universal certification.

4. Make handover measurable

Agree on a test checklist for each game, content version, operator training, maintenance access and support contacts. Define acceptance criteria, responsibilities, spare parts and what happens if a component is unavailable.
